04 — Instrument base

A modern research instrument base of international standard

All measuring instruments are verified and test equipment is certified in the established manner.

05 — R&D

Research and testing beyond the mandatory sphere

Beyond testing for conformity assessment, the laboratory carries out research and development work. Results are issued as test reports, technical reports and expert opinions, which the client uses internally, to substantiate technical documentation, and in talks with partners and retail chains.

Product development and launch into production

Testing of samples of a new formulation or design, composition selection, safety substantiation before the official procedure begins.

Shelf-life studies

Storage of samples under controlled conditions with periodic control of microbiological, physico-chemical and organoleptic characteristics.

Packaging and food-contact materials

Migration testing in model media, selection of a packaging solution for a specific product.

Incoming and production control

Regular testing under the enterprise's production control programme.

Arbitration and complaint studies

In disputes between supplier and buyer, in claims, and in disputes with supervisory authorities.

Work for research and state organisations

Development and adaptation of methods, comparative studies, participation in research projects.

Pilot testing

Rapid checking of a sample against critical characteristics before the official procedure starts.

Programmes and methods for non-standard products

Development of test programmes and methods where existing standards do not cover the product.

06 — How to order

How work with the laboratory proceeds

01

Enquiry and consultation

You describe the product and the purpose of testing: conformity assessment, production control, R&D or arbitration.

02

Test programme

We determine the list of characteristics, the applicable methods, the quantity of samples and the sampling procedure.

03

Contract and invoice

Agreement on deadlines and price.

04

Sampling and receipt of samples

Sampling may be carried out by our own specialists — for a number of positions, sampling is included in the scope of accreditation.

05

Testing

Within the agreed deadlines, with primary records kept under standard operating procedures.

06

Issue of the test report

On paper and in electronic form.

07

Consultation on the results

Where results are negative we explain the causes and the possible ways to rework the product.

07 — Quality

Quality assurance of testing

Traceability of measurements All measuring instruments are verified and test equipment is certified. A single equipment register is kept, with identifiers, characteristics and status.
Standard operating procedures Every characteristic and method has a documented procedure for performing the test and keeping primary records.
Strict adherence to the method Wavelengths, temperatures, holding times, concentrations and volumes are applied exactly as written in the method. Deviations are not permitted.
Internal quality control Control samples, parallel determinations, control of repeatability and reproducibility.
Current normative base The stock of methods and technical regulations is kept current. When the scope of accreditation is updated, the procedures are revised.
Confidentiality Client information and test results are not passed to third parties except where required by law.
